I wanted to design a modern, yet simple and economical quilt with minimal waste.  With these ideas in mind my CAREFREE quilt evolved.  Simple is sometimes best.  No matter what size quilt you want to sew, this pattern is easy to resize.  All you have to remember is that each 35cm strip of fabric will make 4 CAREFREE blocks.  Enjoy creating your very own CAREFREE quilt, I would love to see your creations.

Fabric Requirements

• 35cm x 16 assorted prints
• 440cm backing fabric
• 60cm binding fabric
• 220cm x 240cm wide wadding of your choice

• Pins and scissors
• Sharp pencil
• Neutral thread for piecing
